I took these photos in a field near my house, where there was this amazing, green tree. This tree was very full of pines, unlike other trees nearby, so I thought it was really important to capture the pines in this photograph. When taking this photo, I wanted to convey the feeling of peacefulness; The photo shows the amazing green pines of the tree, and many times, these kinds of trees are used to meditate and feel peaceful with. One challenge I had was that there was a road behind this tree, so to make sure I didn't include it in the picture, I used a unique vantage point when capturing this tree. I angled the camera up and down to photograph these pines, while still excluding the sidewalk and road from it.
These photos was taken in a different area of the really large field near my house. This tree was one of my favorites to photograph, because after some editing, I created some really dramatic, intense pictures. When taking this image, I wanted to invoke a feeling of creativity, because the image shows that you need to be really creative when making pieces of art. If I had taken this photo straight on, I wouldn't have gotten the dramatic look, so this image does invoke a feeling of creativity. One triumph I had when taking this photo was how the adjustments in Photopea were able to create the extraordinary look to these photos. Through curves and brightness/contrast, I created a bright image, with a moody look to it as well, which is incredible!
These photos was taken in a mini forest near my house, and I really like how the pictures came out. There is so much going on in both images, yet it isn't overwhelming at all, and all these branches and pines actually create a sense of movement in this photo. This is a really cool effect, and I am really happy that I was able to incorporate this Principle of Design in my photo. I was trying to convey a feeling of energy through this photo, because when looking at this photo, many individuals feel really energetic, which is shown through the crazy branches of this tree. One of the challenges I had with this photo was getting enough natural light. As I mentioned earlier, this photo was taken in a mini forest, which didn't have much light. However, since this photo was taken at the front of the forest, I able to position and angle my camera in a way where I was able to actually get a lot of natural light. This natural light made the tree look a lot more lively.
I took many of my landscape photos in this area/field near my house. There are so many unique trees and pieces of nature in this area, so it was perfect to take my photos. When taking this photo, I wanted to convey the feeling of calmness, because I was trying to show individuals, through these photograph, how beautiful the Earth is. This beauty can really invoke a sense of calmness because nature has features that are really appealing and calming to the eye. One triumph I had when taking this photo was that it was really sunny outside, which allowed me to get a lot of natural light when capturing this landscape photograph. In addition, this photo had both trees and grass, which created a really cool contrast that made the image really come together. This painting is my favorite one of all, because all the other paintings look a little blurry, which is supposed to happen, but this specific filter allowed me to create a painting that is very clear as well.
This tree was also photographed near the field by my house. I thought this tree was incredibly interesting to photograph, because it looks very dead on the outside, but when you look at the painting of this photo, you can see that there are some speckles of green on the branches. This was something that I hadn't seen before, which is why I took a photo of it, because it's something unique that many people would find fascinating. In this picture, I was trying to convey the feeling of interest: This is a tree like no other, because there aren't many pieces of nature around right now that look dead, but alive at the same time. This unique tree can really spark some interest among many people. One challenge I faced when taking this photo was that there were a lot of branches to get through. However, once I did maneuver through some of these branches, I was able to get a clear photo of this really cool tree.
